A Real Cracker! This assembly kit creates the Swimming Sea Otter, an adorable model with its paddling tail propelled by a submarine motor. Simultaneously, a cam moves the forepaws in a motion mimicking the cracking of a shell. Builders will be fascinated to see how the model transforms the rotation of the motor into reciprocating motion. The streamlined assembly uses push rivets and a small amount of screws, while water resistant stickers are included to add some cute detail to the model.
