【 Open-Top City 】 The Honda City, which enjoyed immense popularity when it was originally released due to its unique proportions, was released as a convertible in July 1984. Its fully-retractable roof was co-developed with Italian car design company Pininfarina S.p.A., which gave the car a stylish appearance. The car was powered by a 67hp 4-cylinder 1,231cc CVCC engine and incorporated a lower final gear ratio to enable nimble performance. The exterior also featured large fenders and front & rear bumpers adapted from the City Turbo II "Bulldog" to give the car a stylish accent. The City Cabriolet was offered in 12 different body colors to give customers the sense that their vehicle was bespoke. |
