This year's edition of the All Japan Hobby Show will take place at the Makuhari Messe in Tokyo. Tamiya will present and beautifully display the models that were developed in its laboratory. R/C model demos will also be done and limited edition items will be on sale for what promisses to be a truly exciting event.

1/24 Enzo Ferrari The car that's stealing all the attention at the Paris Auto Show will steal the hearts of modelers around the globe when it comes to 1/24 scale this December in true Tamiya style. Staying faithful to the dynamic style of Pininfarina, this model recreates the F1 style high-nose of the Enzo Ferrari's front. Left and right doors can be opened and closed via hinges. The construct of the main monocoque with extended sub-frame, all the details of the suspension and V12 engine have been portrayed with the utmost precision. 1/35 Soviet Tank T-55A When the production of the T-55 began in 1958, a fierce armor development competition ensued between the U.S. and the Soviet Union. Tamiya is proud to present this revolutionary tank as the next addition to the Military Miniature Series. The low clearance chassis has been replicated down to the finest detail, even the cast iron surface of the tank has been faithfully recreated. The characteristic half-sphere turret and powerful 100mm cannon are faithfully portrayed. Not a detail has been spared, even with finer parts such as the engine grill and cast iron wheels. 1/48 Republic P-47D Thunderbolt "Razorback" The P-47 was the first single-seated fighter to be equipped with a supercharger paired with a 2000hp engine allowing it to fly at the same very high altitude as bombers. It was armed with eight 12.7mm machineguns that proved very effective in the tough fights in the European skies. This is the representation of P-47D early production that was nicknamed "razorback" because of the shape of its upper fuselage behind the cockpit.
