|This is a plastic assembly model kit of Northrop's MDD YF-23 which competed against rival manufacturer Lockheed Martin's YF-22A in order to be named the U.S. air force's next generation main fighter jet aircraft in 1991. Whilst loosing out to the YF-22A, the YF-23 featured a revolutionary style and was said to be equipped with more advanced stealth capability than the YF-22A which this model faithfully depicts. The canopy and weapons bay can be assembled in either open or closed positions. Four Amraam air-to-air missiles are included in the kit. Markings to depict both prototype aircraft No.1 and No.2 are included.|
