A Racing Classic|
The Porsche 911 GT2 was announced at the 1994 Essen Motor Show. It was driven by a rear-mounted 3,600cc flat-6 twin turbocharged engine that generated over 450hp, and powered the rear wheels via a 6-speed transmission. When compared to the original 911, the body featured larger over fenders and air ducts built into the stay of the higher-mounted rear spoiler. This lightweight powerhouse featured in races across the globe. The glamorous form is recreated accurately by the polycarbonate body, down to depictions of bolt-on over fenders. Separate parts recreate the unique rear spoiler with air ducts integrated into the stay, engine hood, plus side mirrors.
