Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM 2000 Team Original-Teile (Finished Body)

Of the eight Mercedes-Benz CLK used by four teams entering the 2000 German Touring Car Masters (DTM), Team Original-Teile had the most unique paint job. Tamiya is proud to present a model R/C car reproduction of this powerful machine. The racing version of the Mercedes-Benz CLK maintained the same image as the 2-door coupe production version, but its guts were made for racing. The paint job on the body of the vehicle is a reproduction of the actual design marked on a Mercedes car part's box. Markings on the car's front depict it tearing out of a package as the engine of the vehicle rips through wrapping. Tamiya is proud to present a model R/C car reproduction of this powerful machine with an authentic, pre-painted R/C reproduction of the Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM 2000 body with Team Original-Teile coloring. The kit comes with the high-efficiency, 2-belt drive 4WD TA04-S chassis for your racing enjoyment.

Pre-painted Realistic Body The unique paint job of the actual car is accurately reproduced via printer. The tire spaces and holes for body mounts have been pre-cut. *Rear-wing, and side mirror come un-painted. 21-Ball Bearings in All The transmission and steering arms come fully equipped with ball bearings to minimize drive loss, boost top speed, and extend drive time. Comes Standard with Turn Buckle Shafts The front and rear upper arms, steering tie-rod, and steering linkage employ turn buckle shafts. The shafts' length can be easily adjusted without removal from chassis. 2 Belt Drive 4WD TA04-S Chassis Both upper and lower parts of the double-deck frame are constructed with reinforced resin.
