The TRF414 has made some big results in some big races! Based on feedback from those races, the Tamiya Racing Factory has brought out an even higher performance chassis, the TRF414M. The major improvements focused on the suspension geometry, including the roll center. Furthermore, the wheelbase of the TRF414M can be adjusted over a 5mm range.

TRF414M Specifications

Wheelbase: 260mm (variable), overall width: 189mm (varies according to wheels used), chassis weight: 780g.
Suspension geometry optimized based on race feedback of TRF414 chassis. Using suspension arm spacer, wheels can be adjusted within 5mm range for precise settings.
Aluminum bulkheads are positioned low for an overall low center of gravity. Motor plate also aids in heat dispersion.
Front and center pulleys adopt one-way drive train. Rear adopts ball diff. type part-time 4WD system.
Newly designed suspension mount and carbon shock tower lowers roll center for smooth and stable cornering.
4 degree caster angle on front hub carrier sharpens steering response. Torque-rods reliably maintain angle.
Toe-in angle from 2-2.5 degrees may be chosen by adjusting rear suspension block and rear upright.
Front one-way and rear ball diff. are compatible with TA04.
SOREX medium narrow tires and specially designed dish wheels are included.
TRF Suspension Dampers (x4) included.
Three kinds of front and rear stabilizers included.
112T, 120T, and 128T 04 module gears included. Pinion gear of 40T included.
Includes special stickers for TRF414M
TRF414M may not be used in Tamiya Grand Prix

Adspec GT-I or 2-channel RC system with electronic speed control
Wheels, Tires (spare):
Offset 0mm, medium narrow size
Motor
Any 540-type motor
Battery
Tamiya 7.2V Racing Pack or equivalent. Separate-type batteries may also be used.
Body
Any body with wheelbase over 257mm and overall width over 190mm. Bodies of the same class as Tamiya's "Ferrari 360 Modena Challenge" will fit. Some modification to body mount holes may be needed.
