ANNOUNCEMENT OF SPARE PARTS FOR TRF414 CHASSIS
In conjunction with the release of the TRF414M chassis, some spare parts for the TRF414 chassis have been changed. Please be aware that some parts for the TA04 chassis are also compatible with the TRF414 chassis.

DESIGN CHANGE ON THE FOLLOWING PARTS Universal Shafts The universal shafts for the TRF414 series were improved before. Furthermore, in time for the release of the TRF414M, they were again modified to be compatible with the ball diff. for the TA04, which comes with the TRF414M. The material of the shafts was also improved. The new universal shafts have a dog-bone head which is 6.0mm in diameter (6.2mm on the old one), and are shorter by 1mm than the old ones. Using the new universal shafts with the ball diff. for the TRF414, you will find more clearance. But don't worry, you will see a smooth connection between those parts. The universal shafts consist of a dog-bone shaped swing shaft and wheel axle. To keep a well-balanced sturdy structure, do not mismatch the old and new parts.

COMPATIBLE PARTS Front One-way Diff., Center Pulley, Center One-way, Ball diff. These parts for the TRF414M are compatible with the TRF414. To install the front one-way and rear ball diff. for the TA04 in the TRF414, be sure to use the new universal shafts because the old ones do not fit. The original front one-way diff., center pulley, center one-way and ball diff. will continue to be available. Rear Uprights The uprights for the TRF414M feature a toe-in angle of 2 degrees and will be released as TA04 Toe-in Rear Uprights (Item #53428) shortly, which can be used with the TRF414 also. All of the following uprights are compatible with the TRF414.
