On the North African front, Field Commander Rommel often rode commanding his forces from his beloved wireless radio equipped "Greif" which is now beautifully reproduced as a plastic finished model. The frame antenna and the complex angled surfaces are realistically reproduced which capture the unique form of this machine. Distinct parts such as the fender & headlight base, as well as the car's rear parts have been accurately modeled. The interior floor and drivers' seat, wireless radio and other equipment have a rich finish. Decals and high quality pad printed markings such as the large lettered "GREIF" are realistically reproduced with a life-like weathered appearance. Furthermore, weights are set in the model to provide a realistic feeling of weight. One Rommel figure included. |
