
| 【 The 1987 Norisring 200 Miles Entrant 】 When you talk about endurance race cars, the advanced version of the Porsche 956C which debuted in 1985 quickly comes to mind. This superb racer had a horizontally opposed, six cylinder water-cooled twin turbo engine, with improved widen wheels. Furthermore, from the latter half of 1986 and 1987, the Porsche 962C had a twin-clutch gearbox (PDK) installed for a smoother gear change action. The Shell Porsche 962C which was only seen at the end of the 1987 season at the Norisring 200 Miles at Nurnemburg, had a similar color scheme to its previous Rothmans livery. |
