【 Dominating 1976 Group 4 Race Car 】 Based on the Porsche 930 introduced in 1975, the Turbo RSR Type 934 was developed to compete in the Group 4 GT category of FIA races. Equipped with a 2994cc flat-six turbo engine tweaked to produce 485 horsepower and 62kg/m of torque, the car came to dominate the production car racing scene throughout the world during the 1970's in the hands of many private racing teams. Among these was the Jagermeister-sponsored Max Moritz Team, which fielded a Porsche Turbo RSR Type 934 dressed in a vibrant orange paint scheme. The team entered two cars, No.24 and No.25, for the 1976 World Championship 4th Round race at the Nurburgring, and they were driven by Derek Bell, Gunther Steckkonig, Reinhard stenzel and Helmut Kelleners to 1st and 3rd place.
