| 【 Ensuring Safety on the Autobahn 】 Top class automobile manufacture BMW（Bayerische Motoren Werke AG）is often compared to Rolls Royce with its ability to manufacture splendid top quality motorcycles. In 1969, BMW released its first 750cc class motorcycle the R75/5 BMW. It was powered with its horizontal opposed-type 2 cylinder engine and shaft drive, as well as having telescopic front forks. In addition to the improvements to its frame and electronics, these improvements contributed to making the R75/5 the top bike for BMW. When the BMW R75/5 first appeared in Germany, it was soon seen in white in many countries used in the respective Police Forces. Depending on the country, there are some differences in painting and equipment, but this kit has been modeled on the white BMW R75/5 which could be seen patrolling the Autobahn. For high speed riding, the R75/5 was equipped with a large front cowling for wind protection. The microphone was placed at the front of the bike and on the rear the wireless radio was situated, along with other unique equipment. |
| 【 About the Model 】 ★This is a 1/6 plastic assembly model of the white BMW R75/5. Length: 350mm. ★Using the metal shaft and nut, the wheel is easily removable. ★Realistic synthetic rubber tires feature tread pattern and sidewalls with manufacturer logo and tire size details. ★Precision-made metal plated wire spoke wheels. ★The suspension operates in the same manner as the actual motorcycle with its mechanisms made up of metal pipes and coil springs. ★Removable cowlings. ★The traditional horizontal opposed-type 2 cylinder engine is highly detailed. ★Special plastic is used for the knee grip rubber for greater realism. ★Drive shaft features rubber part details. ★Seat is made from a special plastic material to recreate the leather texture. ★When opening the lid to the wireless radio, it is possible to see the switches. ★It is also possible to open and close the toolbox. ★Brilliant clear red and orange parts for tail light and turn signals. ★Main stand, side stand, and brake pedal are all equipped with springs to allow free movement. |
