While the basic engine and gearbox layout remained the same, many changes were made to the suspension, frame, and electrical systems, resulting in a new high-performance modern motorcycle. A 750cc air-cooled, four-cycle, boxer engine pumped out 57hp, which enabled the bike to go from 0 to 400 meters in 14.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 175km/h. In addition, this amazing performance was achieved with low engine noise levels and superb mechanical reliability. |
