| After the impressive Marder III M presented in the last issue, Marcus Nicholls shows his impressive modeling skill with Tamiya's T-55. Marcus decided to represent a tank from the Iran-Iraq war during the 80s. In a-14 page article the TMMI chief editor exposes how he detailed up the T-55 using plastic sheets, aluminum foil, copper wire and metallic tracks from Friul Model. When looking at the many detailed pictures, you won't believe you are seeing a model. This model has also been realistically painted and weathered with Tamiya acrylic colors, paint from various makers and oil paints. This T-55 can't be missed. |
| In 1986, Tamiya introduced the Williams FW11, which was driven by N. Piquet and N. Mansell during a fiercely fought season, into its 1/20 Grand Prix Collection. Eric Evain realizes full detailing with this model. He also decided to use a Studio 27 conversion set to make this model even more exquisite. Every F1 car lover cannot help but be impressed with his superb rendition |
