| At the end of WWII, Germany was developing the next main fighter jet, Focke-Wulf Ta183 Huckebein which was to replace the Me262. Thankfully for Allied air crews, it never got further than the blueprints. Angus Creighton recreates this 1/48 scale German jet that never was. Basic but careful assembly, as well as landing gear detailing are introduced in the article. Fuselage and wing camouflage patterns have been separately applied to shortcut masking process. This technique can also be used with other models. |
| The third edition of "TECHGUIDE" features European deciduous trees. Tree roots, dried flowers, parsley, and other easy-available materials can be made into realistic tree props to enhance the presentation of dioramas. |
