Gold Award "Hakata Noodle Stand, Summer 2003"Hiroshige Aoki (37) Japan As seen by the Aoki's entry which won the gold award or Mr. Kobata's entry entitled "Hanshin Tigers Win The League Pennant", the long awaited title win by the Hanshin Tigers in the 2003 Japanese Baseball Championships greatly inspired this year's contenders. Cinema events such as "The Lord of the Rings" or "Pirates of the Caribbean" were also present with, for example, Leonard Ellis' entry entitled "Rohirrim" which received the Bronze Award. Once again, modelers that entered this year's contest showed great skill with all entries of an exceptional standard. The "Album of Remodeled Figures Vol.32" features all prized remodelings.
