TRF415MSX Wins at IFMAR Warm-Up World Championships 2006

It's 2006 and time for the 2006 IFMAR ISTC Touring Car World Championships! This July they will be held at the AF MODEL RING in the suburbs of Turin, Italy. This April 7th to 9th saw the 2006 IFMAR Warm-up World Championships held at the same location. Current World Champion Team TRF seeks to follow its IFMAR victories in 2002 and 2004 with yet another victory. The team, formed around Champion driver Marc Rheinard, and including Satoshi Maezumi, Kiyokazu Suzuki, Davit Spashett and Hubert Hoenigl, participated with their TRF415MSX's, with the intention of gaining valuable data to use in preparing for the main event. Marc Rheinard dominated througout the event, winning all 5 qualifying rounds as well as all 3 finals. In addition to Marc's 1st place finish, 2 more Tamiya machines finished in the top 10, for a truly impressive performance. Expect great results from Tamiya at the World Championships this July!
