▼From May 19th-20th, 2007, the 46th Shizuoka Hobby Show took place at the Twin Messe Shizuoka convention center in Shizuoka City. This year's Hobby Show was the crowning jewel of a series of hobby-related events that were held as part of Hobby Week 2007, and attracted a large number fans and families. Tamiya unveiled many new products at the event, and attendees were also able to take in our exciting live product demonstrations as well as the extensive shop area. In addition, there was also the Modeller's Club Exhibition, which featured over 5000 masterpieces created by 144 clubs around the country.

▼In conjunction with the Shizuoka Hobby Show, Tamiya opened its headquarters for public visits from May 19th-20th, 2007. Accompanied by Tamiya staff, visitors got a look at what goes on behind-the-scenes with a tour of the planning, design, and molding departments. There were also hands-on areas for R/C cars and Robocraft products as well as an event-only item shopping area, giving fans a fun and enjoyable experience. |
