Saving Without Opening File

Windows
Click the right mouse on the link for the downloaded file to view pop-up menu. Select "save object to file" or "Name link and save."

Macintosh
Hold down the mouse button on the link for the downloaded file to view pop-up menu. Select "Download link to disk" or "Save link under different name."

Viewing downloaded files

Use Windows Media Player or QuickTime Player.
